Justin McMillan studied at Mendocino Ballet and Dance Theatre Seven. He also attended summer programs at the School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet school and Marin Ballet. Justin started his professional career dancing with San Francisco Ballet then Tulsa Ballet in Oklahoma.
